Agefully.me

Agefully.me serves to be an educational resource for caregivers of elderly parents.  This web app contains articles which are relevant to caregivers as well as assessments which can be taken to determine which content on the site would be of most use to the caregiver and their situation.

The app is tailored to each user in several ways.  Once a user creates an account all articles, plans, and assessments utilize both the caregiver and caregivee names.  Personalized caregiving plans and action items can be created, stored, and sent to a care giving circle built around a caregivee.
